Decor Rental Web Development
Problem: Home decorations are expensive, temporary, and a hassle to deal with.
Solution: I created a website through React where Decoration enthusiasts, such as myself, can browse trending decoration design schemes and rent certain packages for their needs.
My convenience solution
The basis of the application is that it will allow users to order packages of decorations easily online, have the bundle delivered and at the end of the rental period, be able to return the decorations without having to store them anywhere and take up space.
My rental solution
I am breaking up "categories" of design into three groups, with different rental periods. The longest being seasonal, as users will most likely want keep the decorations for around 3 months, or a seasonal period.
The four seasonal periods I have created are simple and reflect that of the weather: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
My solution to trends shifting
Within the overarching 3 categories above, I have developed lists of different occasions within each group. From there, the user will be able to scroll through different "packages" of decorations, all with different tastes and styles, so that they can pick the one they like the most.

I had the chance to work on both the front end software engineering of this website, as well as the User Interface and graphic design.
